How does Dineseat reservation service work?

Dineseat provides a unique service for customers to purchase reservations at numerous exclusive dining establishments. Just pick your desired restaurant, select an available date and time, and secure your booking with ease.

What is the Dineseat "Surge Pricing"?

The Surge pricing is Dineseat's algorithm for managing prices for each available slot on our site.

Is the reservation fee a credit I can use at the restaurant?

No, the reservation fee is not a credit to be used at the restaurant. It is the service fee for securing your reservation, similar to a concierge service.

Will the reservation be in my name?

No, the reservation will not be in your name; it will be under the name of our partner vendor who is providing the reservation. This will not cause any issues for your entry to the restaurant.

How long will my table be held?

Once you receive your final time slot via email, your table will be held for a maximum of 15 minutes after the scheduled time. Please make sure to arrive on time.

Why is there a 1-hour time when I select my slot?

The 1-hour time indicates that the final reservation will have an arrival time within that hour. For example, a slot from 9-10 PM means your arrival will be scheduled between 9 and 10 PM. Rest assured, you will have more than one hour to enjoy your meal.

Is it possible to cancel my reservation?

You have the option to cancel your booking. However, please be aware that cancellations are non-refundable.

What if the slot I want is not available?

If the slot you desire is not available, please contact us with the name of the restaurant, the number of people, the date and the time on the email: booking@dineseat.com. We will do our best to find the booking for you.

How are payments processed?

We accept payments made with all credit cards. Your payments are securely processed via Stripe at the moment of purchase.

How many reservations can I make?

Simply send us an email with the details of your desired reservation, including the date, time, and number of guests. Our team will do our best to secure a reservation for you at your preferred restaurant. Email us at infos@dineseat.com.

What can I do if the restaurant I am looking to book is not listed on Dineseat?

Do I need to confirm my reservation?

No, your reservation is instantly confirmed as soon as you book through our service. You'll get a confirmation email containing all the necessary details.

Can I change the time or party size at the restaurant?

Although we're happy to forward your seating preferences to the restaurant, please be aware that we cannot assure specific seating arrangements, as the final decision rests with the restaurant's discretion.

Can I sell my bookings on Dineseat?
